If you join early access, we collect your email address — that's it. We use it to send your access invite and service messages about your account. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not sell or share your email with anyone.
When the conversion service processes a statement you upload: files are encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS), used only to generate your export, and deleted automatically within 24 hours of processing. We never sell or share your documents or the data extracted from them, and we never use them to train AI models.
This site sets no tracking cookies of its own. If we run advertising campaigns, the ad platform (e.g. Google) may use its own conversion measurement on the signup confirmation; we see aggregate counts, not your browsing.
The site and processing run on Cloudflare infrastructure in the United States.
Email us to have your address removed from the early-access list or to ask anything about your data: support@statementport.com. We reply within two business days.
If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it. Material changes will be announced to early-access members by email.
